Ideas for future zombies
Hi, I know I'm a newb and shouldn't be posting threads yet, but I've got a couple ideas that I think would fit nicely into future zombie maps and games. Share your own ideas, if you have any, please.
First up would be wall attachments. You could buy a bayonette, a grenade launcher, maybe a red dot... And if a specific attachment wouldn't wok for your gun the game could play a jingle or something. Just a fresh idea.
Next, something that probably wouldn't happen, but I would love, I thinkl everyone else would love, and would be awesome. Be able to make your own maps. Now, I understand that it would be difficult to have an easy-to-build system on the ps3, but it could work. In the next game, after you beat the campaign or whatever, you get something like two slots for your own maps. For starters, you can only have simple maps, straight angles, maybe a random box, no special zombies or super weapons, no multiple-storied buildings, and zombies can only come from windows. You could buy add-ons, like ten dollars to use the original characters, super weapons, special zombies..... Or maybe fifteen dollars for the power, sentry guns, electric traps, basic perks....
The game creating system could be simple. Place windows on the walls, cut out doors, hold down L2 or something (I play ps3, not xbox) against walls to make them bigger. Pick guns from the menu, put them on the walls, pick prices for doors and guns. Here's another good idea. Kinda like player cards, you could decorate doors and walls with that spooky writing. That would be bad@ss. I think this could go somewhere. I know it would be popular. The only thing that would stop it is creating maps could be frustrating, hard, and complicated... And treyarch would have to make an new engine or something to do this.
Opinions? Comments? Criticism?

As far as map creation goes, I think that should be done using the Radiant editor on the PC. Just allow people to do it, and host a server on COD Elite for people to upload their custom maps to. They could simply make an export codec for Radiant that would work on PS3, 360, and PC, so that you could simply upload an anyone on any system could download. That'd probably be the simplest, easiest, and most all-inclusive way of doing that.
That's the only insight I have on your opinions as of now, I may repost later when I think of something cooler!

And I'm guessing that Playstation elite costs money? Eh... If it's too much I won't even attempt this. Anyhow, I'll need to get a better computer if I'm to do that. I guess I was planning on it anyway. I knew treyarch probably wouldn't take the time to make it's own engine. I still it's a pretty cool idea, though.

Zombie Ideas for the Future
I think treyarch should make a Call of Duty Zombies game. They should keep the storyline and start all the way in the beginning with the 4 original characters as far as the campaign mode goes. There should also be an array of weapons-future, modern, and past weapons. The game should tell the whole story smoothly instead of people having to scratch their heads of what is going on so everyone can grasp and appreciate the story line. Personally I think the storyline is so very unique and creative and its what drew me in to be more of a zombie fan ever since the other maps after Nacht der untoten. This is why it should be done in such a easy to figure out fashion so everyone will get drawn in by the story, game play, and possibly graphics. This is really the only reason i have seen treyarch make business. This company has changed Zombies to whole new and freakin awesome level. I have literally not seen anything cooler than the Nazi Zombie storyline for a zombie franchise.
As far as weapons go i think there should be more than just one upgrade. I also think there should be an option to buy wonder weapons off the wall for a nominal fee. Also to tie with the wonder weapon thing, there should be like an easter egg to open a door for like a super weapon no one has encountered before in Zombies history. It should be like a laser beam gun tht just cuts zombies in any crazy way the player wants. I also think it would be cool to add like a type of light saber and different kinds of future melee weapons. Also i have noticed playing zombies how the rounds get ridiculously long and the zombies get ridiculously hard to kill. It should be just more zombies and not harder to kill. I also think there should be like a Hercules perk that allows the player to just come up to a zombie and rip its arms off or a sparta kick that explodes the zombie against the wall or do some other crazy brutal melee attacks that kills the zombie in one attack. There should also be a perk that allows for two primary guns in each hand. Also for perks i think there should be like a cloak perk where the zombies cant see you for a limited time till the perk regenerates again. There also should be like a free running perk where you can run off a wall and back flip over a zombie to get out of situations. This is just ideas for the endless modes not the campaign

they should add extra perks, extra guns, but at the same time make other maps that limit the guns and perks a little

My ideas are:
-More easter eggs. I love the freaking, somehow scary storyline of Zombies by Treyarch. Some of the Easter Eggs are just plain creepy to me. More radios and real-life events.
-Make the maps a bit more larger. Moon is large, but a larger map with teleports will be fantastic! Teleporting from one side to the other side like Der Riese is very amazing, but that would be unbalanced to the zombies since those maggots have to run all the way back to you.
Now, for my other suggestion, it's very weird, but I just like it:
Zombie (Real Survival):
-No points system (you still get points, but you can't use points to buy anything).
-No weapons or equipments on the wall. All weapons and equipments must be found. Some zombies could be carrying ammo, weapons, and equipment (but they can't use it), so you kill them to pick up the ammunition.

What would be neat is if we had an open-world zombie game.
The idea of this is that we are placed in a world where we start off with just one tool to kill zombies: our fists. We have to make our own weapons, starting with simple wood items like axes or pickaxes.
Eventually, when night time approaches, the zombies arise. Now, if we had an option to build our own shelter (dig underground) to hide from these zombies, that would be great.
Instead of auto-healing, we should have the option to kill open-range animals like chicken and cows to eat.
The only thing we have to watch out for is when people will start to forget about the whole "killing zombie survival" kind of game and turn it into a construction game where players prefer to just build stuff all day and ignore the zombies.
Remind anyone of anything?
