Here is a leaked image that problably is the map pack, but it maybe is fake.

Silo (There is a pice of code in Escalation that the word "silo" is in it.)

Zombie ( I cant see the name of it)

My thoughts about the picture:
Invade the HANGAR 18. It looks like a Hangar ship...
Attack At The DRIVE IN. Looks like there is chinese "letters" at the flag in the upper-right corner. Maybe a Chinese restaurant.
SILO. it looks like a silo, a bit like a FAT missile...
HAZARD. No idea
ZOMBIES! A zombie in the middle, and is that a face in the upper-right corner? It appears to be a jungle.

Other info:
In Call of the dead there is an Easter egg called "Original Characters trapped". You can here the original characters trapped in a room below the lighthouse. Nikolai is only talking about vodka. (Am i suprised?).
And Richtofen is saying that he teleportedto the wrong place, and that he was supposed to teleport to the "Paradise". If you listen carefully, you can heare elephants in the background. Thats supporting my jungle theory.
