Map Packs Won't Install

I just downloaded first strike and escalation for my ps3. When I try to install them i get an error message 80010038. Anyone else having the same problem? Should I redownload the map packs?

I don't know this error, I don't have PS3.
But I'm sure its only temporary, and not normal.

So just either wait a little while, restart your PS3.
Or call Customer Support.

Restarting my ps3 doesnt do anything. I even rebuilt my database, but that didnt change anything. Maybe my hard drive is messed up again? Perhaps I should restore my hard drive again? Or maybe i just need a new hard drive?

Give it some time and then retry it. If that doesnt work call customer service and see if they can help

You have to download it again. Only went up to 18% when installing telling me the error code with corrupt data. When I downloaded {Black Ops Map Pack} again it installed. So to download it again

1. Go under the Playstation Network tab
2. Select Account Management
3. Transaction Management
4. Download List
5. Select {Black Ops Map Pack}"
