everyone reaction time is different. I think Thump3r gave the best advice to help out. Another thing maybe to learn the clutch points on each map, I know it sounds weird because people can be anyway at any given time but if you know that there is usually someone in an area, you can be better prepared instead of being caught off guard.
Also, beware of sprinting, when your sprinting it takes longer to ADS and you may not be ready for it when someone comes around a corner
