    Default Flashes and Stuns

Running around the map, doing whatever techniques you can to win the game or score some points for your team. You run into a specific area, but all of a sudden, your screen starts to turn full white several times causing your eyes to squeak.

Flashes after flashes, blasts of white textures filled my screen as I try to go prone into a hidden position playing dead. Standing up after the whiteness has gone, another instant white flash filled my screen, repeating the same procedures.

Scrambling the controllers to move my character, trying to back up from the area. Bullets sprayed into my character, causing red splatters to spread across the screen of my TV. Throwing back stuns/flashes as a comeback to prevent enemies coming to me. Spraying back my own bullets, hoping for a sign of hitmarkers, or a lucky kill.

Running away from the despairing flashes, immediately trying to find cover behind objects. I ran and ran - Uh oh! Cannot move! Screen dimmed a bit, legs moving extremely slow, and helter-skeltering the controller stick to turn. More stuns after stuns, trying to find the right direction where it came from. Bullets entered my space, strong kickbacks from the energy force of the bullets, deep, dark red splatters filled the screen.

Avoided the bullets by jumping constantly, turning away from the action, running back to safety to continue the path towards victory.

Yeah, none of that ever happens when I flash or stun people. When I get flashed though..It's for days.

Haha, interesting read. When I stun or flash people, they're only stunned or blind for a second or so, but when I'm flashed, it's for 10 seconds or more.

Totally agree with you guys that it seems to last an eternity when I am flashed, yet only a few seconds if the enemy is flashed or stunned. Then again, it may only seem like that since you want to get back in the action / see, so the effect seems like it lasts longer than it really does.

Yeah man i tend to get flashed for days when i play. I hate that shit, it doesn't interest me. I throw a flash before i jump an "active" corner. But if that doesn't get anyone i assume its safe to just go. i like to use recon on some classes just because it helps out but lately i haven't used it on my main ones i think its on my sniper now.

Very nice read! I never tend to get away after getting hit with flash, I lay down and accept my fate =p

    I usually do the same.

I agree with most of you, I always feel as when I get flashed/stunned I'm sitting there for days with the effect. When I flash/stun opponents they rub it off like nothing and then kill me. It's aggravating.

It's like when you are in a dangerous situation in real life and you try to avoid death or big demage, it seems like an eternity...
But others see you reacting in normal time.

stuns throw faster and have a smaller AoE so you are less likely to concuss yourself. If you are a recon user then flashes are where its at, but i would take stuns over flashes any day since i can place them well from a long distance and I don't use recon.
