I used to have a .8 k/d and that was because i played with friends and eventually i got it to a 1.00 now i'm at a 1.3 so i can see my improvements. You just need to play with people you know, Because you won't be as faustrated and you'll also hear them rage even when they're doing a 20-4 situation. everyone gets mad but its about having fun with friends. Trust me if you ignore your k/d and just play to have fun it'll go up as well.

The way I became a good player in Call of Duty was by tweaking the campaign modes. At first, I try to finish one mission in less than 15 minutes, it's good practice. Then, combat training came, but I didn't really needed that. Though, you may want to try Veteran Combat Training, that would boost your skills up a bit.

Have you purchased a headset?

Have you switched to tactical layout?

Turned off controller vibration?

Use silencers on most of your classes?

Use assassin perk in most classes? (can change when u get better)

Look up Map spawn points? ( Spawn Points for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer <-- Link)

Watch good commentators + gameplay on youtube? --> (I suggest LynxWarlord, best guy IMO, his videos/tips are very very good and he's hella funny, Tmartn n Rawinstinct not so much. They're only good for nade spots, head glitch spots, little random facts and jump spots. They're not gunna help improve your gameplay)

Unlocked Sitrep Pro w/ headset?? --> I use turtle beach x11, basically cheap headset. It only has two sound drivers so i can only hear left and right directions but the enviroment in CoD gives off diff sounds which you will learn and it will help you alot. Good headsets like "AX Pro Dolby DIGITAL Precision Gaming Headset" will just shoot your K/D upward, tho they are expensive as fuck fer a gaming headset.

-----------------I would give these suggestions a try, they can help anyone improve their K/D. Ive stopped prestiging at 11 to work on my gameplay. That leads me to my last tip ---> STOP Prestiging!! haha Having you're pro perks, weapons, and attatchment/proficiencies all the time will def help your K/D. Specialist Bonus wit all pro perks is just orgasmic.

I feel you bro. Something about MW3 is just different, I don't really know what it is but it doesn't feel like the COD we know and love.

If you really don't feel like playing it play other games. I took a 6th month break of playing no COD at all recently (December - 2 weeks ago) and it was great. I played through a ton of great games and actually enjoyed gaming again. now I'm back to playing COD with my bros and I'm loving it again. Do whatever feels right man.

Hello gamers,

I’m the same person as Riekky but I had some difficulties with my account. That’s why I opened a new account.

Sins I got MW3 I’ve be watching a lot of youtube uploads about tips and tricks. And yes I like the uploads of Lynxwarlord the best. But still I die too much. The main reason is my worthless accuracy. I just can’t keep my gun on target long enough.

I’ve tried to play special ops with the auto aim off but playing special ops just doesn’t feel real for me. But maybe I have to put that feeling aside if I ever want to improve.

It is hard for me to ignore my k/d and just have fun. In the beginning I do just fine and have scores like 13/8 or 11/10. But all in a sudden I get a 3/15, a 9/18 of a 4/43. That’s when my blood starts boiling and I start raging. And sometimes when this happens the opponents have a k/d of at least 1.7 and and accuracy of at least 20%. But instead leaving the lobby I persist to stay and ending up raging even more.

I game with a headset, sometimes with friends, switched to tactical, use silencers on most of my classes, use assassin and blind eye perk on some classes but still get myself killed a lot. But have never used Sitrep Pro.

At the moment I’m at prestige 11 level 80 and I think I’ll stop prestiging for a while.

I’ve been playing this game again. To be honest with you all I played COD the very next day. Just can’t leave this game alone. I guess I needed to blow of some steam. Thank you all for reading my post and encourage me not to stop playing this game. I truly hope I won’t break anything the next time rage cause those controllers aren’t cheap here in Holland. Hahaha.
