Mw3 Ps3 Controller "glitch"

So today I was playing some Mw2 with one of my friends. He was using a Mw3 edition controller. About half way through it got all whacked and shot all bullets out of gun like he was holding trigger, reloaded and kept shooting. He turned off controller and back on and it was fine. 3 minutes later same thing happened. And he turned off and on again.

The third time I realized something, his phone kept going off when his cotroller went whack. We found when he received a text it would mess the controller up and fire his gun and wont stop. We asked his bro he said that made sense it happened to him all the time.

Has anyone ever had any issues? He has AT&T and we tried my phone and his dads phone and same result. If you havent try it and see if it does same thing.

On a side note funnies thing ever. We playing SnD tied 3-3 he kills me starts running to defuse bomb on other side I text him Let's just say he was a little bit mad!!

weird... never herad of this as i don't play ps3... sounds like something they need to iron out though pronto

Yeah cimmic's right never heard of this, but i'd be kinda mad if that was my contorller. I'd send it back.

Move your phone somewhere it wont interfere with the controller
