My personal best record is 26-0.

Most kills I've had is 67. Domination on Mission using Specialist.
In Black Ops I've gotten over 100+ kills twice without lethal killstreaks, one on Nuketown, one on Grid (One of my favourite games). I've hit 100+ 6 times, the other 4 were using lethal killstreaks.

My longest killstreak is 40. Domination on Dome using Specialist.
This is also my best game on MW3. I went 54-4, almost getting a Double MOAB (If you can get one from a 50+ gun streak). I posted a thread about it as it was my second MOAB, and was pretty proud of the score. I was also proud because I planned to get a MOAB this game, I said to myself I'll go try-hard and get it, shows how good I can play when I try, haha.

Before I'm done with MW3 I wanna hit 100+. I could probably do this easily if there was a Dome 24/7 playlist, and I ran lethal killstreaks. Towards the end of Black Ops, I could pull up to 80+ kill games every time I played Nuketown. I'd like the chance to do the same. I'd love to see a Dome 24/7 Double XP weekend.

On MW3, I don't know if I have even had a flawless game. But if so, than it's probably no more than 12. When it comes to MW2 and Black Ops on the other hand, I had plenty of flawless games. MW2 was MY GAME! Was so long ago, though, that I don't remember my best score...
