age of gamers

I'm 31, been playin since w@w. the kids that play this game ruin it in my opinion. They are all afraid to die in a video game and exploit it to the point of ruinin it for other gamers. I don't blame them though, and neither should you! It's the parents fault for buying them a game they aren't old enough to buy themselves. I can't wait till my kids ask me to buy games like this for them so I can tell them NO!!!!

Well, I completely agree, but I am a kid, and bought it myself. My brother bought it for me for my B-Day+Christmas. And I'm not a kid whose afraid to die. I don't want a "4+" KD. I just want to go positive. I brought it off topic yes, but I am agreeing to a statement. BUT like i Said, MY PARENTS never bought me a video game like this, but they allowed me to play it.

I have an 8 year old and there is no way I would let him play a game that is rated "M". I won't make him wait till he's 17 but I will make him wait till he's around 13. (depends on how he is doing at the time)

The ratings are there for a reason. IMO parents that ignore this and just let their kids have whatever they want are dropping the ball. Anyone that has done any research into this subject knows that exposing young kids to this stuff is bad.

It's not a popular opinion, especially not on this forum, but there have been too many independent studies to ignore the results.

I am 34 only been playing for about 6 months now, at the start I had a problem with the age, I have a 5 and 6 year old and thought there should be other things I could be doing instead of this. I then got really into it joined a clan because I wanted to play with guys I know and get on with, but recently left they where all under 17 apart from about 4. Now I have found the over 30 clan lol, so there are alot of us out there kicking ass.

Well I'm 18 now and I think I'm never going to stop playing fps games. The more I play the better I get. Just think how good I will be at the age 69 playing Future warfare 34.

Well then it doesnt pertain to you. I'm talkin about all the kids who sit in the same corner, lay down in the doorways or hallways, campers, quick scopers, and all the other people who ruin the game for everyone else. I think that they should have a CAMPER PLAYLIST. That would solve alot of these issues.

Oh and I almost forgot NOOBTUBERS! I'm so glad they nerfed the noobtube, but they are still out there playing Hardcore and ruining that game for everyone!

I'm 34 and I started playing FPS with MW2. I play on both consoles, but more on PS3. My overall KDR on MW2 was 1.06, BOPS 1.72, MW3 1.77. So, I'm improving with each game release. Most people I play with are in their late 20's or early 30's. Don't think I'll ever stop playing!
