Im not the best at the game, and My KD is .33. Im not really all that bothered about my KD, but Id like to improve. Not even been playing COD a year mind you so its probably going to take a lot of time. And previous to that never played any other games for many many years.

well i find it incredibly hard to get a good amount of wins over losses simply because im either on a team full of terrible players or i get put into a game whats just about to end and 99.9% of the time its the losing team.

also my KD is 1.5 what isn't great but i am not that bothered, its only a game some people take it way to serious

Well I think I can safely say, you can only go up from here. My first 1st person shooter was COD 4 (that I played online), My KD was the lowest of any since, so it takes some tome but you'll come around.

I dont think K/D is that important unless you are playing a kill/death game where it mattered like TDM or FFA, Kill Confirmed. All of the other objective games shouldnt count, but I think it helps you become a better player or being more competitive...... imo. It can also lead to stress

Win/Loss is not an individual stat, it says more about the poeple you play with.
I have played many games where I had a "good" game and still lost.

Right now I am more concerned with having fun. I rent the game on the weekends so I am not able to play regularly enough to care about my stats, yet.

I have to admit, usually in COD games I am in the upper level players but in MW3 I am having issues. Maybe if I buy the game and play more frequently I could get back into a groove.

I finally climbed to 1.20 last night. Yeah, yeah, I know that is not great by any standard but I'm old and took a break from video games between 1995-2010 so I'll take it.

I had a k/d of 1.90, now it's around 1.75 and I don't give a shit. I just wanna have fun and rank up.

My KD used to be less than 1:1 and now I am up to 1.21. I'm still working hard to improve it (playing lots of FFA where my KD is over 1.6, but I know I can't go up forever. A 1. KD would satisfy my just fine, as long so earned it honorably. But honestly KD doesn't really mean crap. Just have fun, that's why video games get developed, for entertainment.
