MW3 Patches and Hot Fixes Notes

Anybody know what the new update i just downloaded for MW3 did? I havent been on here or mw3 in a couple days so the patch might be a few days old and i did a search on the forum and couldnt find anything.

I noticed that when i highlight my name in a lobby so i can view my title, theres a number over my name. I think this might just be for elite members bc my friends who are non elite members didnt have it. Can anybody enlighten me?

I think the numbers represent the lvl of your clan. It is that way for me and others on my friendslist. The update added 5 lvls of prestige, but not sure on what else it did.

Do anyone see if the added challenges to the guns ? I was thinking of the veteran challenge.. I have reached 2500 kills on several guns it would be nice to see them increase that
