Still only 5 custom classes in MW3

So I was watching this video and noticed that 4 years after custom classes were first introduced in the series, there are still just 5 custom class slots out of the box.

For someone like me (and I'm sure many of the users here) who likes to have a custom class for every situation, this is a huge letdown. I realize that you can unlock more with high prestige ranks, but fuck prestiging :P

I was really hoping we could get at least 10 classes right away and 15-20 after you unlock all the prestige levels. How about the rest of you?

I love having 10 classes, but I don't mind having only 5 to start. It gives prestiging a point.

I'm not going to prestige in this game, so this is how I set up my 5 classes. The first 4 are constants, in that they will never change aside from possibly weapons. My 5th class will be a class that I randomize at the 1st of each month to keep it fresh.

Why is 5 not enough to start out with? IMO that's plenty as your still trying to get use to the guns and what works for you.

I don't really mind having only 5 custom classes to start with, I'll prestige all the way so I willl eventually have all 10.

That's only one primary weapon type per class, and I know I can't be the only one who uses more than that.

And I'm opposed to prestiging for the same reasons I'm opposed to unlocking guns in a multiplayer FPS to begin with.
