Default Modern Warfare 3: Multiplayer Info
I haven't seen this info here yet, but on digital warfare 24/7 they have a list of multiplayer information. It is hard to just copy and paste the information in this thread but here is the link. They have A LOT of info on perks, guns, etc.

EDIT: digitalwarfare247.com is just a great site in general. They usually have great info. I'm not trying to promote the site or lead anyone away from IPC, it's another great source of info.

I think it's because in MW2 and Black Ops:

When you aim and fire from a long distance from the enemy, you don't see who or what the player is (PSN or XBOX ID etc...). So Marksman Perk basically let's you see Enemy IDs from any distance.

And Marksman Pro is simple. Holding breath longer.

ur just elaborating on the point of my original post:

The marksman perk is useless; the fuck I need to see a players ID for?

and the pro is longer breath?

Looks like the true snipers have been shafted again.

wtf is that specialist package about... in 8 kills i get all the perks?!?!?.. and i the only one that think thats sound super over-powered... like after 8 kills i will basically be invincible...

Invincible?....None of the perks give health....you still have to be able to aim and shoot your gun for the perks to give you any advantage.
