Default MY take on MWF3 at E3 2o11

Whats up everyone. E3 last week was incredible! all the developers brought great things to the table including Infinity Ward I made a commentary vid below about MWF3 and was hoping you guys would like to tell me what you thought either here or on the video.

I'm very excited for MWF3 but it doesnt blow me out of the water like I thought it would. Being the latest installment to be honest its one giant expansion pack instead of a new mind blowing experience.

If you can also give me some tips and advice for better videos that would be great! We have a gaming scene here in Charlotte NC and we want to make vids for our fans / players to keep them involved with us. All criticism is welcomed Thanks homies keep on Gunnin them down!

I still feel like that MW3 will have some problems but we all knew that. I just wanna know how they will fix current issues.

What current issues??? The game isn't out yet? If your talking about MW2 hopefully they'll just take the BIG issues out, but MW2 is a great game without all the hackers!

I think he's talking about the issues that will come about once the game comes out. Hackers Hackers Hackers just ruin the experience but I think Infinity Ward is now just milking the call of duty franchise. For them to pretty much give us a bigger expansion of a game its just a little disappointing. Im hoping other than survival mode MWF needs to have something bigger up there sleeve.

All I have to say about E3 is that there is a really expensive Fall/Winter season coming up for me this year! GoW3, BF3, MW3, and the list goes on and on

I creamed myself in the video where the dude flipped from a holographic to using an ACOG.

@XS Underground

ACTIVISION is milking the COD franchise. If it were up to the developers to decide how often they put a new game out I would bet my money that each developer (IW and Treyarch) would take more than the two year time crunch to come out with a new game! Then they would be able to focus on updating the graphics engine along with creating a new kickass game!

I bet they would still crank one out every 2 years. I just think IW or 3arc would prefer to be the ONLY devs working on COD titles instead of being the "every other year" team for COD.

Everyone loves money. I think they are afraid that Activision is trying to get too much milk out of the cow.

I dunno though, COD is just so huge. The series will probably run for another 5-10 years before the steam finally runs out of it. It's just so damn huge. BlOps alone made well over $400M and that was just 1 game in the series. With the money getting progressively larger with each release who knows when the COD money train will end. Especially now that they have COD Elite which gives them another way to generate revenue off of the series. I wouldn't be surprised to see a COD movie in the works. From a business standpoint its really very exciting and it's actually a great thing for us gamers too. The more success they have the more cool stuff they can invent and create for us to enjoy.

o i c! Yes I would like to see IW and Sledgehammer update the game and really focus on making sure there are no glitches like falling through to floor, or your care packages going through the ground and disappearing ( TREYARCH) lols!
I don't agree with them milking the CoD franchise, IW started the MW CoD's and I believe now they are just intent on going out with a bang! But ask yourself, what would we all do without CoD?

Go play Battlefield of course!

The problem is that the CoD games are becoming monotonous, with the same gameplay, the same kind of guns and graphics, the dev's need to switch it up, change the gameplay and graphics a little bit!
Let's have a CoD where all the character are the characters from Loony Tunes (being COMPLETELY serious) I would love to blow Tweeties head off!

If they switch up CoD enough and keep the players interested with new stores and such, you won't have 5-10 years, you'll have 15 - 20! Especially if they go forward in time, even farther than MW, maybe after MW when the nukes have all gone off and the world is just a crater with small villages spread along, and maybe you like part of a rebel force fighting the regime that has become the russian army , might be good!

I disagree, the Dev's are just as greedy as Activision, everybody wants money, what they don't seem to understand is that if they put more time and money into their games they'd get more money from the players buying the game, and if the maps packs came with more story missions, guns, killstreaks, etc!

If the Dev's did that people would most definitely stick with CoD instead of going to Battlefield for it's Destructible enviroments, amazing gameplay, awesome graphics, massive battlefields, and so on and so forth, of course they would stick with CoD's gritty graphics, buildings that can sustain a nuclear bomb and not fall, and tiny maps that make snipers believe they are about to be crushed by enemy infantry running and gunning, with no concern about being shot because the sniper obviously is having a horrible asthma attack and can't hold his/her breath for more than 5 seconds, and has arthritis in their hands making them shake uncontrollably causing the snipers scope to bob up and down with no chance in hell of focusing on an enemy , of course they'd stay loyal to the Cod franchise instead of going to Battlefield or some other FPS!

Your very right, and ?i think the main reason im just disappointed in this game is because i've been playing since COD 4 and its just an expansion time and time again. the leap from cod4 to MWF2 was huge! but comparing MWF2 to Mwf3 doesn't seem to be that big at all! its going to be the same engine running the same 60fps like Mwf2 the same graphics. so really its just a huge expansion with a couple more modes. just my opinion

I was just expecting MWF to go all out and from someone whos been playing the franchise since the playstation 1 days and since cod4 it just seems like the same thing over and over again instead of being more innovative and giving gamers something that either hasnt been done before or just implementing an idea in a way that says.. this is the new MWF other then new maps and killstreaks.

None the less this game is still going to be awesome because of its engaging gameplay and the formula that infinity ward has put together to keep its players coming back.
