Welcome to the site. Choosing the best COD is really a huge opinion, i'm sure you can find people who find each one to be their favorite. A lot of people say WaW was the best though. Personally i like the Modern Warfare Series the best, MW2 or MW3 for sure.

Welcome to IPC! That poll is really debatable and its really up to you on which CoD you think is the best. The poll would be misleading because people are different when it comes to CoD games.

It's very subjective...

That said, Call of Duty 4 is definitely the best, and I can say this with authority because I'm always right. Don't question me.
