You guys are kind of overlooking my main point. I did not send the letter expecting anything in return or even for changes to be made. In my opinion, revamping the entire game would be the only thing that they could do to make it better.
The letter was strictly written and sent to blow off some steam. I even state within it that I know it will be disregarded. I wrote it after an evening of getting more pissed off at a video game than I have ever been before, and months of not once having fun while playing a video game I payed more than sixty dollars for. Now I am not some player who gets destroyed every game and is pissed because I am bad at it, I am actually a fairly decent player, and play with a team that rarely loses, but I can still say I hardly ever have fun while playing the game.
The not very good maps, the mediocre weapons, the terrible disregard of caliber, the connection problems, the god-awful perks, this is just to name a few things.
I never asked for any of you to agree with this, and I purposefully left off my issues with the game.

Why not send them a valid reason for what is "broken" and has, "...left a sour taste in your mouth". Better yet, come up with feasible ideas that would fix these issues you have and send them to them as well.
