Best headquarters class and perk setup

I have noticed that everytime I look to see what other people you for their setup it is almost always a TDM setup. So how about headquarters.


I have been playing black ops since November 9th and I am interested in finding what works for you.*

Okay so first I will tell you my most common set is: famas, dual mag, frag, nova, claymore, ghost pro, sleight hand pro, tac mask. Perks are all the same for every class. I switch on and off with suppressors on all my guns. I never use any sort of scopes or dots, find it to be a waste of attachment.*



A few other guns I use mainly for bigger maps are galil, ak47 and very rarely ak74u. I'm not the best at the game but I have put some time in there: k/d .95 and 7 prestige in around 8 days played.*

If your the type of person who is on the HQ capturing the objective i would highly recommend Flak Jacket once pro you can sit on the HQ even if the enemy launches Napalm! I run Flak Pro, Warlord Pro or Seight of Hand Pro, and Tac Mask Pro. I use a silinced galil or if i deem it neccassary i use a 74u with extended mags. Usually i run semtex and gas, but if i realize the gas isnt working i will use stun its faster to deploy! As for my secondary i always run strella's or a Law and keep all air support including UAV's and Counters out of the sky. Note: Uav's always spawn to your left and rotate clockwise, while Counters spawn to your right and rotate counter clockwise!

i do exactly what walczak13 does its the best method to getting winds and holding the hq down the flak pro is a great necessity its a must

Yep walczak has some good perks listed there if you are locking down a HQ or obj. That's what I use for those type of games.

For headquarters i use a awkard but good setup try it out

Primary: Galil supresser
Secondary: whatever you perfer
Willy pete, motion senser, tommahawk/frag
Perk1: Hardline Pro
Perk2:Slight of Hand Pro
Perk3: Marathon pro
Killstreaks: spyplane, sam turrent, care package

Explanation: Galil could be used in long range is effective is mid/short range and inless your playing a open map as in hazard your good and supresser because it seems better with it and not blow your cover. Willy pete to sneak in the HQ. Motion senser so you dont have to camp on the HQ(people dont really use hacker in HQ. Tommahawk if your good with it perferably the frag to hold and throw but main perks used in HQ is Flak and ghost soooo. Hardline, to earn early killstreaks or run napalm fast/spy plan and to change carepackage i get so many hueys and dogs in these. Slight of hand to look in fast you need to have fast reaction in HQ and so you dont need dual mag. Marathon to get to the objective. spyplane is just straight up a perfect killstreak it blows there cover, samturrent to take out there hueys, valkries, spyplanes. care package just for the luck

This is the perfect class setup for HQ for me!!!

With this setup you have decent long range and effective mid/short range know were the eneimes are 24/7(expect for ghost scrubs) they cant find you with that supresser you take out all there air support get lucky dogs and hueys, and at the same time gets major exp.
