Large Party matchmaking problem

Hello,
About 8 of my friends got black ops, and when we are in the same party we can only join Ground War. I was wondering, since I couldn't find any, if there's an option to make a lobby with my friends even if split us in half in each team. And if not, which is the best way to join the same game?

We always have to either play ground war or start a TDM match and have friends try to join match in progress. Not easy to get everybody in at first, so once their in don't back out.

You do know, if you all 8 is in the same room looking for a game, it will only put 6 in the room and leave 2 out. Ground War is the ONLY way you gonna get a game with more then 6 people. All other game modes are 6 members per team or below..

You can always have people find a good room, then tell your friends to keep a eye out for when it allows them to join, that way they can all get in and even be on the other team.

Yeah, I figured that would be the only way. Or since I live in Brazil and join Locale only games, Ill tell them to all try to join a game, and eventually one will have to create a lobby, due to the lack of games already created. Then we all join that game.

Neverthless, they should add an option to join as a party in different teams, or like Halo, when the party is too big, the game breaks it to balance, but everyone joins.

The best way is to just play ground war and have everybody vote for TDM. We alomst always get it.

Well the problem with ground war is that we almost never find players to join. As I said, we live in Brazil, and to play with high ping sux a lot.

I've heard that the update is fuckin' up the servers. There's been a lot of problems with dropped connections and issues with parties more than 2 finding matches. WTH TREYARCH

If you want to play other match types you'll have to just have 6 and do the join in progress option listed above.
