Future Black Ops Map Pack Maps!

Black Ops DLC Map Pack First Strike 2/1/2011

It's inevitable, there will be map packs released in the future for Black Ops. The great thing about Treyarch is that I believe they really listen to their community, and a thread speaking to which maps people think should really come back in the future map packs of Black Ops will be an excellent jumping off point for them to make the future content of this game as awesome as possible!

Just post the maps you like the best from any past Call of Duty Game and we can discuss! List as many as you want, but try and put a few comments about each suggestion!

Unfortunately, I never played any CoD previous to MW2, so I only know which maps I would like Treyarch to use as models for their newer (and probably better) map pack content!


I like:

1. Highrise (MW2)
2. Bailout (MW2)
3. Fuel (MW2)
4. Rust (MW2)
5. Wasteland (MW2)
6. Carnival (MW2)
7. Vacant (MW2)

None of them hopefully, remember we have to pay for this stuff and i dont know about you but i dont want to be paying for old maps that i have already played on for days.

And remember this is Treyarch, they wont bring back IW maps, but they might bring back Makin, or Makin day, or some of the other WaW maps, but like i said hopefuly not, just give us some new maps.

While it is very true, we do have to pay for map packs, just being able to play older maps in the new game might bring back some nastalgia for some players. Honestly, map packs aren't that expensive. A Microsoft Point is worth about 1 and 1/4 pennies, and I would say most of us could easily afford to spend $15 on some new content.

While I also agree that it is unlikely Treyarch will be bringing back any IW maps exactly, there were definitely some very popular IW maps that Treyarch could use as a base to build a new, better version of!

It costs me £15 just to get 4 news maps, and that's what it is at the end, about 4 new maps, hey i will get them but i want four new maps, if i get nostalgic i will go back to 4, WAW or MW2.

yeah i agree with mossad. We just want fresh new maps. If you want to play on the older maps then play MW2. But i am loving the idea of the jungle map in Black Ops shit just got real

I think so. It would be good if they had like some traps set in certain parts of the map of something

Like hidden Punji sticks in the grass or swinging punji from the trees, yeah that would be good, just like in the films.

mw2 maps will not be in b.o seeing as its different companies. WaW maps will probably show up in black ops though
