A few things I would look at.
1. The quality of the video. What were you recording with? Is there a better setup that might give you better quality? If it's an easy cap or dazzle you might try S-video that way you just need to buy the xbox cable with S-video. Not everyone can afford a Hauppage HDPVR but they are the best.
2. Awesome Gameplay dude, kudos to you!
3. Speak clearly and annunciate your words so your viewers can understand you.
4. Know your facts before you start commentating. The Map was WMD, did you go 92-3 or 93-5?
5. Have a solid opinion on stuff and back it up. either you like ghost or you don't, either you like stackable kill streaks or you don't. Presenting valid reasons why you hold opinions is a great way to commentate and it doesn't make you look like you're waffling on the subject.
6. I would try not to trash talk people in your commentary. Try and save that for when you're not recording. When you say "drop shot FTW this guy is trash" well That guy might end up being a subscriber you lost.
7. Try and pick a topic to commentate on before you start recording so that you talk about something that keeps your viewers interested.
Anyway those are my tips, great video and awesome gameplay. I would just try and address those above things for the next one.
