Why Plant Bombs to Get Ninja Pro?

I'm really curious to know why I have to plant bombs in Search and Destroy, Sabotage, or Demoliton 10 times to get Ninja Pro.

Why not defuse?

I've heard answers from various people saying, "Because if you defuse, it's the same with Flak Jacket, so you can get both perks easily."

But, I have to be honest, I can't really grab the bomb to plant because everytime a round starts, my team mates just run straight and pick up the bomb, even when I message them "Let me pick up the bomb just once."

I'm more better with Defusing because you get to kill the entire team while Planting the bomb is more difficult because without Hacker, you could get detected by Motion Sensors or die from claymores.


Still, many people said that Ninja is meant to go silent. Planting a bomb silently is quite easy, but with all the advance tactics, it's just hard.....Unless you've got a team that can help you.


EDIT: I have Ghost Pro. It's freaking awesome. But, I still get detected by Motion Sensors.

lol. i dont find it too hard to pick up the bomb at the start of rounds. lol. and yeah i think they shoulda switched flak jackets defusing thing with ninja's planting stuff cuz i feel like its more stealthy and ninja like to get defuses.. lol. and if u really want plants, go into demolition and just go for arming the bomb the whole time. lol

It's not that hard... I've gotten ninja pro 5 or 6 times now... The trick is to just have a good group of people in your party and say "hey guys I wanna plant". If you want to not get detected by motion sensors, Hacker pro is where it's it. That perk goes beautifully with ghost pro

I've tried the Demolition technique. Dude, to be honest...It's really working. I just run straight to Plant A. Then after planting at A, I rush to B and plant. I've done it 3 times. Now, I have 8/10 Plants, need 2 more.

For the Good team mates. That also works. I can't use Hacker Pro because it'll remove my ninja perk, but still, good advice.

haha.. one time i just sat right behind the bomb on offensive pretending i was dead and would let them defuse right after i planted it and then plant it again real quick.. id get like 2 plants in 30 seconds. haha. its fun!

In demolition you don't need to pick up any bombs if I remember correctly. Just run to where you plant the bomb and start planting. Keep trying until you get the bomb plants you need.

Demolition, 10 plants takes like a max of 10 games. Some games of demolition you can get like 4 or 5 plants in one round.

Very true, in one complete match I was able to get 7 plants. The game went into overtime. Also the only time I will play demo is to get my Ninja Plants.

I love demolition, I use to play it all the time.... but you always come up against a full team that spawn camp. THere are even clans set up to practice spawn trapping and study the spawns.

Completely ruins the gametype for me, tend to stay well away from it unless there is like 4 people in a party that are up for it.
