Play to win or play for kills?

In any game mode I would much rather play to win. However, I often run across gamers dating"idc look at my k/d ratio". I'm all for k/d ratio if its team deathmatch...if not I could care less. Maybe I'm just more team oriented than most.

Even though I seem to get a high k/d ratio often anyway lol
What are some other opinions

I play to win don't see the point in playing objective type games just for the kills ruins the whole point of them. Really annoys me if those people are on my team.lol. People with 40 kills yet no captured objectives?!?! where as i cap/defend as many as I can and still get a good k/d by the end of the match.( My k/d ratio is about 1.6 I think its been like that for ages, I need to my W/L ration increased tho only at 0.92.)

My overall KDR sucks, but on TDM Im usually in the top 3 when I play with randoms. Of course TDM is based on the number of kills so I say both. Objective games I go for the objectives and may die in the process, but I love to win!

i'm very competitive i love to win win and hate to lose but if i get a 15 KDR in a game and lose i cant be to mad but it does piss me off when we lose and i have 2-3 people going 2-20 or 1-15 that shit is irritating.... my KDR is i think 1.28 and thats cuz i dont camp to try to get a badass KDR

I usually only play Demo so I can get my bomb plants for Ninja Pro, just yesterday I went like 10 - 60, but I had 4 bomb plants in that one game. I would have had 2 more, but needed about another half a second before the bomb was planted, of course though, grenades were flying.

I love playing domination, but it kills me when i see teammates go like 20-2 with no captures. I understand if you are defending an objective, but I will be capturing and watch them run right past me and onto the next kill.
