The whole cheat card things you found in the missions that let you use paintballs or have vampire setting really kept it fun. AND it had dog fights! i loved that mission although the achievement to kill every plane was absolutely the hardest one for me.

Same story for me. Only Platinum Trophy I've ever unlocked because it was fun and didn't require Multiplayer to unlock. That achievement drove me insane. Also I enjoyed the final moment of the campaign.

I agree with you COD:4 was an immense campaign and the first I played to completion.

I can't comment on mw3 as I've not really started it yet (the shame) I haven't had as much time.

I've only played Cod4, MW2, Black Ops, and MW3.

As a whole I'd have to say Cod4: Modern Warfare.

It wasn't so... Micheal Bay-ish.

I would have liked it if MW3, or at least BO had coop campaign. Not sure why they took it out from BO.

I've tried playing the campaigns on a few occasions and I just can't get into them. Not for the fact that they aren't fun, but when I work I'm in a room all by myself, I don't wanna game alone too.

From buying used copies of Call of Duty I have found that I cannot play the COD 4 and WAW campaigns, the game freezes on me. I have played like the first 2 missions of both, then it crashes.

I have only played through about 6 missions of MW2 and find it pretty boring. I haven't even played the MW3 campaign yet. I'm all about multiplayer for now, when I hit ...well 20th Prestige on MW3 I'll see how the campaign is.

So as kind of a default winner I have to pick Black Ops. I played through the Black Ops campaign FOUR times (First play-through on Recruit, Second play-through on Regular, Third play-through for the Intel, and Fourth play-through on Veteran). And I gotta say, I love the campaign. Although it kinda wins by default, I probably still would pick it. I love the whole memory erasing and mind-control thing the campaign has going for it, really got me dragged in from the start. I give it like a 9/10.
