I sent emails and tweeted and didn't get any acknowledgement so I write this in hopes that they will at least communicate to the community that they are aware of the issues/questions we have.

1. Deads Man Glitch - It was believed to be patched with the hot fix but is not. It still exists and was witnessed when playing Dodgehawk the other night when my dead body was tomahawked and I would instantly die upon respawn.

2. Matchmaking - The past couple days after the new patch was issued, something happened with matchmaking and it went back to not being able to get into games with a party anymore. From 10 PM to 12 AM a party of 6 played maybe 3 games during this time frame.

We went back to the main menu, restarted xbox, tried multiple game modes, etc. It was a complete waste of time to try to play the other night.

3. Double XP for DLC - This question has been asked for a month now and has garnered no response. WIth just a few days left, I think it would be fair to tell us if we're getting it or not at this point.

I don't like doing topics like this but when I'm continually asked these questions and I have them myself and not any mention of them from the developer I don't really have much of an option.

I searched the COD HQ boards but it's nothing but whiners and complainers and I can't find anything of value there.

Are the three zombie maps from WaW going to be released as DLC for Black Ops?

Hopefully they answer these, and yeah my friends told me the deadman's glitch was hotfixed, but my dead body got tomahawked as well and in the kill cam it showed the tomahawk hitting the ground and then the camera flew into the house where I spawned and I died.

No, because it will take away from those who bought Hardened or Prestige editions of the game.

Yeah but they could probably sell this for $15 and get around 250,000 people to buy it. I don't think they would just say no to 3.75 million

We have all been wanting to know about double xp for months. Its kind of frustrating that there has not even been a hint at it yet.

They would if it would result in a Billion dollar lawsuit. 1,000,000,000 > 3,750,000
