IW is becoming Treyarch's bitch, why? Because Treyarch listens to it's community ... unlike IW.

Yeah, I can't see IW actually taking legal proceedings to stop Treyarch with Blackops2 as they're going to upset the very gaming community they helped build.

They'll have their moan, get their points across, out of court settlements perhaps....but the game will carry on as normal as intended.
