COD Elite Beta Closes Today

Activision and Beachhead Studio are shutting down the Call of Duty ELITE beta today at Noon Pacific time. Although the Connect, Compete & Improve sections have been closed in preparation for Modern Warfare 3 and ELITE'S official launch on November 8th, access to the Career page will soon be open to all. Stat hounds can tide themselves over with access to Black Ops stats later this week once that section reopens.
In addition, players can be confident that all beta activity carries over when Call of Duty ELITE officially launches on November 8th. Beachhead Studio would like to thank everyone for their feedback and participation in the beta, as it's helping to make Call of Duty ELITE an even better service.

I love it. CoD needed this a long time ago, when people kept asking why CoD didn't have a stat tracking site. But it's awesome we finally have it. Can't wait to see all the Premium features.

I liked it. There were a few little glitches that I sent feedback on but all in all it was a decent tracking tool. I am VERY excited to see the expanded features that will be available with the paid version and I'm equally excited to see what the apps will be like for the xbox, smartphones, etc with all the versions. I think Activision really tried to listen to the community here and I think it will be a big success. The biggest thing I'm most excited about is the HD video recording for longer clips.
