Facts
  • West and Zampella were fired
  • West and Zampella have filed a lawsuit against Activision for "unpaid royalties"


Yup, that's the only facts in the case. Everything else is speculation and rumor based observations. Let's look at some of the rumors:

  • There were body guards at the IW office
  • West and Zampella were talking with EA Sports
  • West and Zampella forgot to swallow when meeting with Activision


While the last one seems like it is fact rather than rumor, we haven't been able to get official word and no spit stains have been found in the offices.
