Tips for S&D?

First of I did search and I didnt see anything really helpful about S & D Strategies..

I've been trying to play games other than Reg and Hardcore Deathmatch and one game i'm starting to like is S&D however i suck at it. I do fairly well with a running class sniper and i can defuse the bombs alot of the time while the other team is still alive. However I dont get any kills? anyone have any tips or a loadout that would work well with S&D without using heartbeat and noob tubes? Or any tips for S&D period?

My tip for you is search for the people, if unsuccessful at that, destroy the bomb. XD

Ok, for serious now...

Use ninja pro, no footsteps = ninja plants and defuses and no dot on hbs. Next, do not run and snipe. You look like a total idiot and have less chance to kill someone when you see them close range. Carry an AR with red dot/holo (you don't need silencers as long as your not camping and have ninja pro on.)
As your secondary, use akimbo pistols or a shotty (they both have about same range) your choice. I prefer the pistols because you can switch faster.

i use the running sniper for the gillie suit so at times people cant see me defusing on some maps. i usually do well with just using a raffica red dot or akimbo.

if you're still fairly new to SD, i suggest a different route. I suggest an automatic rifle, like M4 or ACR, with heartbeat and silenced. secondary, anything you want pretty much. Depends if you play Hardcore SD or Reg SD. classes i suggest bling ( pro better) cold-blooded, and ninja pro. equipment i suggest claymore to plant next to the bomb or c4 on the objective, notice i said on, it will stick to it, people dont really see it on the objective. special grenade depends on if you like to plant, smoke, if you like to get kills flash or stun.

Not that I don't hate the heartbeat I say don't use one because the ratio of people who use ninja vs those who don't is too great for the hbs to be useful

yeah i cant use the heart beat at times i'll start to rely on it and most people use ninja so i think im clear and theres a guy on the other side of the wall. i might set up a silenced tar class and try that tonite when im done work.

I have nearly 27 days of online MW2 under my belt, now i know its sad but hey, you need advice on a stratejy on search and destroy on core or hardcore, im the person to listen too.....first you need Bling pro and Cold blooded and Ninja pro, then claymores, then a Scar-H with heartbeat sensor and a grenade launcher, then get yourself a USP 45. or M9 silenced with FMJ, that's your class, as for the game this is what i do, if you are defending put a claymore on one bomb whilst you camp in sight of the next, moving around when neccesary ( common sense ) try not to let the enemy lead you out to them, as for offense, you need to start shooting in one direction and then head to the bomb in the other direction, or if you feel lucky, you can just try to plant quickly, once planted, put a claymore down where you think the enemy will try and diffuse from, and just wait.

to get kills you need to when planting you need to get to cut off points between the enemys spawn and the bomb i advise you do this because most likely they are gonna try to go protect it so u will stop them before they get there you should get at least 2 kills after you get those kills rush up some and check spawn for people who arent moving then rush down on the opposite side of the map you should at least get 3 kills which will give you uav and round will most likely be over repeat process till you switch sides when defending u should find a spot where you can kill rushers but campers cant really shoot you i.e. a window.you will get atleast 2 kills then you move to a different spot. always cut the enemy off. use 3uav 5predator 7harriers

Nah its too risky, just take your time and try not to be killed in the first minute, you are likely to get frustrated and keep going back for more which in my experience, is deadly.
