when to use stopping power and fmj

hi guys
basically you only want to use stopping power on a sniper ( intervention is recomended but use any sniper ) or on a 3 round burst ( famas or m16 ) and fmj on both 3 round bursts and them snipers. stopping power on mi6 or famas can kill brutally with only firing 3 bullets. in S&D you can even use bling on them. for every good sniper you need stopping power and fmj if you can see someones gun but cant see face just shoot through the wall and on m16 or famas just for that extra bit of damage to garuntee that kill even if you see someone running and hide behind a wall just open fire
