When Should You Use Stopping Power?

thanks this helped alot! personally i enjy playing s&d alot and all of my classes are silenced.. i think that if its silenced it should have stopping power just a personal preference.. i use it alot on my intervention (my main sniper) because when silenced it take two shot to kill usually stopping power definitely helps!

I dont really use stopping power except on my RPD and my ACR.
