As it turns out, the Youtube channel for "Cordis Die" does indeed exist: Cordis Die - YouTube

Those guys at Treyarch are friggin genius' with this stuff. They don't even need to tell anyone they're doing it. They just show a YT channel in a video, and they know the community will be looking for it
