Oh im fairly sure this whole run around is to build hype, but searching out the codes and trying to decrypt everything passes time well enough too, i cant play CoD 24/7. Ive tried.

Lets hope so. It'll show that Treyarch really do alot for the fans (as well as the hype) before the game has even been officially named let alone released.

I just can't help wondering the amount of avenues we're going down regarding the numbers. I bet when the answer is finally revealed/cracked we'll all stand there dumfounded and wonder why we didn't get it sooner.

you know it would be the best troll by COD just saying, But the fact that their entertaining their buyers with some puzzles on some what could be real life facts is awesome in its own. I mean whens the last time you've had to think like this? or even try to think like this. reading everyones thoughts and ideas is awesome i feel like i'm reading a good detective book like i've said before. I don't know what a Hex. code is or a decimal code is but the fact that i can learn about it is a cool oppertunity.

The Tacitus Project
Go to it, I'm pretty sure this is a fake site made by CoD. It said "Discovery comes from play. Stay tuned." It also says that this "tacitus" project is going on from 2012-2013. Call of Duty comes out with a new game about every year, so this would make each new game have a lifetime of one year. If it starts in 2012 and ends in 2013, then I suspect this is a bit of a ruse. It may hint at what some of the objectives are as well, such as astronomics, world economies, and "ground breaking tools." Explosions have a tendency to break the ground, wouldn't you say?
