Picked it apart in PS like I did with yesterday's and there doesn't seem to be anything useful. I do notice though that the gif starts at just under 4 seconds, not zero but I doubt that means anything.

Edit- Started thinking, maybe these gifs are taken from the upcoming trailer/teaser?

If Black Ops 2 continues on from Black Ops 1, this would make sense, considering all the sleeper cells in the US that were waiting for the call to action.
