It depends on the controller of course. I'm yet to see one of these myself but would be interested in what you'd be providing us with. I'm not ruling it out but it really depends on what it is. We obviously can't break any laws in the process of the sale.

I had a couple more questions about the service. It sounded like the trigger stops were adjustable. How does this work? or am I mistaken? Can trigger stops be taken on and off (if I wanted to switch to a racing game or something)
Also, does the hair trigger service just remove any mechanical slop, or do you actually replace the trigger mechanism?
Thanks for all the fast replies on here, and good overall service. I plan on sending a controller in once my new ones come in the mail (might be a week or two)
The trigger stops arent a deal-breaker to me, since I have enough controllers to have a dedicated FPS one.
EDIT: I just watched a video on it, so I understand that the hair triggers are adjustable and all that.

The Trigger Stops can be removed altogether using an allen key. Otherwise they're fixed in position.
The Hair Triggers are adjusted using the allen key we provide. The point of this is that different games have different 'bite points' or 'sweet spots' where your gun will fire. If you have your trigger set to slightly before this, it means that it requires slightly less time for your gun to fire.
Really apologise for slow reply! Especially after you said thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully this helped you anyway. Anything else you wish to know, please let me know.

Going Default + B button right paddle makes 100% sense, but I'd like to hear some thoughts on the left paddle.
I'm really conflicted between assigning the left paddle the A button or the L3 button. The L3 button irritates the hell out of me and running with my middle finger seems like it'd be natural, but L3 is an easily accessible button so I can see why it'd be a waste. Using my left hand to jump seems like it would be akward but I can see how mastering this would make jump shotting extremely more accurate.
I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts on how they adjusted to jumping with the left paddle, or thoughts on using the L3 button on the left paddle. For example does anyone "accidently jump" with this setup? I hold the controller firmer with my left hand, feels like I'd be constantly pressing the left paddle.

You can accidentally jump. It's possible to do that. To speak to you not as an employee but as a player myself, I played Black Ops a fair bit and was a decent enough player. To adjust to the controller I spent a lot of time jumping when I didn't need to so I kind of built it into my mind what that trigger did. A few times I would go to drop shot at the start and knife by mistake but you quickly get used to it. After you've got used to your SCUF you won't want to go back because it just feels right so to speak. You quickly get used to it really.
If you can drive, it's basically like that, there are four stages to learning something like this, whether it be a new pad, the pad when you first buy a controller or a car.
Unconscious Incompetent
Conscious Incompetent
Conscious Competent
Unconscious Competent
The four stages are basically explained here:
Four stages of competence - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
You will find yourself going through the stages fairly quickly but there are a number of ways to help you build your muscle memory faster, one of which I have described. Playing frequently will also help you learn quicker. We're getting pretty technical here but hopefully we're on the same wave length.

I know its a little different, but I use bumber jumper in halo reach, which assigns jump and beat down to the bumpers, in stead of to the face buttons. It took a little time to adjust to, but after I did, it made huge differences not having to move your hand. I guess the reasons to map a and b in either default or tactical are several. One is, you dont need to reload or switch weapons faster, both of those actions take oyu out of the action anyways. The L3 and R3 buttons are already at your fingertips, and while i agree running with L3 is a little awkward, i think you would get more use out of keeping it as is, and mapping A

We actually recommend that you select your config based on what game you play. Halo for example, we'd recommend you play Bumper Jumper and then get a SCUF with an X B configuration. Using the Armour Abilities is not that easy in Halo while shooting, for example, using the Jet Pack, and although the most competitive modes (MLG etc) have since removed sprint, it's likely the Jet Pack will stay involved. It's also handy if you're rushing a timed power weapon to be able to pick it up and aim at the same time.

So I decided to setup my controller with Knife and Crouch, I can't wait to try it out.

Shooting and Jumping is and has been beneficial on the last two Call of Duty titles. On Black Ops jumping at the right time/in the right situation actually allowed you to take slightly more damage. Players often aim low as well because of the recoil forcing their weapon upwards, so if you jump it means they're shooting at your feet so it can give you a slight advantage there also. Most top players use this configuration for that exact reason.

Glad you like it! Surprised you didn't like the Domed stick (it's not actually a PS3 stick, people just call it that). I'd recommend that you maybe give it more of a go because some people swear by it. Otherwise, really glad you liked it.
Anyone else want to know anything or want to provide us with some feedback, please post here!
