No problem man. I remember when I started looking at headsets how overwhelming it was. There are some cheap ones that aren't worth the money and some expensive ones that are a waste. Those TB's hit the "just right" spot IMO.

It's got to be sitrep "PRO" to get the louder footsteps. A quick way to get "pro" on this is to equip your trophy system and knife your own trophy system 50 times while you have sitrep as your 3rd perk. Then you will have Sitrep "PRO".

Hmmm, I just prestiged again so I'll have to try and get Sitrep Pro by running it as a 3rd perk first.

I also use the wired A40s with Mixamp. I sit close to my console so I don't mind the wires and the sound is so clean! And not to mention I don't have to deal with batteries.

I use the same. A40's with the Mixamp. I play at a Desk. I use a large PC monitor instead of a TV. I'm so close to everything the wires don't bother me.

I have a 24" but my face is only about 2-3 feet away from it. It's the same monitor my computer is hooked up to. I just hit a button to switch back and forth from xbox to PC.

The best part about the monitor is it's a 2ms response time monitor. That's the most important thing when looking at those things. You want as low a response time as possible and 2ms is as about as low as it gets. I could have got a 30" but they had higher response times.

The best thing about it is my home office doubles as my gaming room so I don't have to fight with my family over the TV or worry about them walking in front of me or anything. It's the ideal setup for me. I can just tell my wife I'm going to go game for awhile. Go in there and shut the door....GAME TIME.

I switched to a 23" computer monitor a while back for the same reasons. I sit close, have my own space for gaming so I don't bother the family or hog the living room, and I use a wired controller and wired A40s. I love it.
