Does the dlc still work on xbox?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if the dlc still works for mw2, as in is it possible to find matches easily or does no one play with them enabled anymore?
I've been coming up against lots of boosters lately and was thinking that maybe people with dlc would have a bit more class and not be sad enough to boost on an old game.

People still boost on MW2? LOL. I know I have heard of people setting up trick shots in SnD on MW2 but flat out boosting? Wow. Well on PS3 there isn't any problems with DLC. I was just over a buddies house and he was playing on Storm on MW2, so people must still play it. I would imagine though most people only play TDM and SnD anymore on MW2.

MW2 is actually thriving on Xbox. There is a much larger base than there is on Black Ops, granted about 60 percent are booster (or as I call them ---heads), but if your willing to put out the cash that may be a good idea to get around it.
I would try to use other gamemodes to try to get around spending money...
Maybe play a newer CoD game?

Yes i'm araid they do, no idea what for or who they're trying to impress though. I used to play on ps3 but the consoles kept breaking on me unfortunately, i'll try the dlc though on xbox thanks for the reply.

SpongeMD - I don't like black ops and i gave up on mw3, i'll take a risk on spending a few points on the dlc. You are right about the gamemodes as it's mainly ffa you get boosters it's just thats my favourite mode unfortunately.

TheKaosWithin - I rarely see any hacking so i hope i'll be lucky in that regard.

I played some FFA on MW2 yesterday and it was all quickscopers. I get that some are very skilled at it but I'll bet money that aim bots were in play. I also saw a couple people next to each other running and not shooting so maybe boosters looking for a quiet spot. I have the DLC and uninstalled it when I first played the game but maybe I should reinstall and give it a try. I kind of wish IW would just relaunch MW2 with built in support for hacker control as its by far the best COD ever made IMO. And I don't expect anything good from them in the future after the mess that is MW3.

Yeah i come up against a lot of snipers i'm guessing its due to the school kids being off for 6 weeks where i live as it seems to of increased recently. The ones i play are all really bad though so it doesn't bother me as much.
