what program to use for recording

i wanna make some video's to put on my youtube channel, but i don't know what for program i need to use to record video's from my vault. someone anny suggestions?

I use a roxio capture card. Theres a bunch of good ones out there, HD PVR is good too.

Yup... It's not the program you need, you need to have the proper hardware be it a capture card like a roxio or dazzle or and HD PVR (best quality). HD PVRs are about two hundred bucks and standard definition capture cards like a roxio or dazzle range from about 60-100. Your other option which is far more difficult is to upload several less than 1 minute clips of a game to your youtube if you have linked it to your CoD Elite and then download those clips and use something like windows movie maker to piece them together as one game. I haven't tried this but in theory it should work to give you 720p video. This method though would be pretty tough... maybe I'll try it and see if I can make a guide

If you go with a roxio let me know. You can tweak the settings to get more out of it than people know

@dodelijkebig I'm sure there is free software out there... Here's the question: how are you going to get the video from your xbox, to your computer? That's why you need hardware like a capture card or HD PVR. Hardware is never free. Your other option like I posted about is to upload small segments to youtube through CoD Elite, and piece them together. There is no other way
