    Default MK14 Rapid Fire???

Is it worth it? How much difference does it actually make on a semi automatic rifle???

It doenst make you fire any faster... On burst and single shot weapon it increases the chance of you landing the bullets on target if its is moving..

On smg and lmg guns it increases the rate of fire instead

Hmmm...i dont know about that. Even though the MK14 is a semi automatic weapon it does seem to get sped up with the rapid fire on. I know it doesnt really make sense because it all comes down to how fast you pull the trigger, but it just seems faster with rapid fire on...to me

The rapid fire is designed to this

On single like the mk14 and burst like the type95 and m16 its increases the odds of a single burst hitting the target, especially if its moving

On smg and lmg its give them a increase in rate of fire which potentially lowers their time to kill

The disadvantage is that the attachment greatly increases the recoil which make smg leathal at close range but harder to use at distance

It would interesting to have a video with dualscreen to see how the difference looks like

I wouldn't have guessed this because it seems I can get more shots off with rapid fire.

I dont see how rapid fire on a semi-automatic weapon (single fire) increases the odds of putting rounds on target

Ok, so i experimented with rapid fire after i posted this. IMO it's not worth it, I'll stick with a silencer and maybe RDS. As far as the reasoning of "increasing the odds when shooting a moving target" well, if you can't hit it maybe it's time to use a different gun. haha
