When hip firing don't use steady aim. U will get better accuracy without it. Also instead of SMGs u may want to use a assault rifle with extended mags. Makes it a lot easier

Also with hardline use UAV, care pkg, pred missile

try to minimize the lines of sight that you can get killed from. This means stay to the edges of the map and make sure your back is not exposed to the enemy.

i agree don't rush all the time there are good times to stay at the perimeter and good times to rush. Plus if you rush use a shotgun you almost always hipfire. i play a lot of kill confirmed too and me and my Bro (we play together on the same system) made a snipe and run team

Let me add... if you like to run Hardline, try pairing it with Recon. Its a deadly combo.
You can acquire so MANY MORE assists when you light up guys on recon.

As a beginner Assassin can be your best friend. i think people who use it die a lot less. Another option (something i usually do) is to use hardline and run specialist with your first point streak perk as assassin
